The care you receive at Wynkoop starts with a thorough exam that integrates overall health, function, and esthetics. I understand that each person is unique and am passionate about providing dental care with kindness, integrity, and empathy.

I was born on the coast of North Carolina, in a small city called Wilmington. My early years were spent exploring the outdoors, swimming, and dancing. I attended NC State University where I earned degrees in biology and psychology. After working in horticulture genetics for a year, I decided to pursue dentistry because I enjoyed the combination of science and artistry.

I graduated from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine as part of their inaugural class. Later, I went on to complete a general practice residency in the mountains of North Carolina. While providing care to these underserved communities, I began to fully appreciate the impact dentistry can have on the quality of one’s life.

I want to create a world where dental care and self care are synonymous. As a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and several study clubs, I have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education and am committed to providing high quality care with cutting edge technology. I see dentistry as an art that I am constantly perfecting.

Outside of the office I enjoy travel, gardening, photography, skiing, and pottery. I am a self-proclaimed sushi connoisseur, forever in search of the best omakase in town. My down time is spent with my husband Patrick, my son Théo, and my fur kids.
