We require a credit card to schedule a new patient appointment. We have a late cancellation fee of $75 that applies under 48 hours. You will not be charged unless you do not show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior. Your credit card is merely stored on file.

    Your oral health is important to us and this is why we value our clinicians’ time. By reserving an online appointment, you are specifically blocking out time in our provider schedule. Late cancellations are very hard to fill, thus leaving providers little to no chance to fill their schedule. We collect credit card information and save it into our secured merchant system. The card will only be charged our $75 no show fee if:

    1. You do not show up for your appointment

    2. You cancel the appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that some exceptions will be made for last minute appointment bookings.

    3. Failure to provide dental insurance when scheduling the appointment. Not providing the information in a timely manner will lead to a late verification. A cancellation due to lack of benefits will still be considered a late cancellation. As such, please ensure we have the dental insurance information needed to verify your insurance as soon as you have scheduled to avoid a late cancellation fee.
